HepSpan™ Hepatocytes is ready-to-use cultured primary hepatocytes with a prolonged culture up to 4 weeks. HepSpan™ Primary hepatocyte maintains primary hepatocyte viability, liver specific functions and typical morphology for several weeks in standard 2D-culture formats (6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 384 wells).

HepSpan™ ready-to-Use Hepatocytes is an innovative platform for ADME/TOX, viral infection, inflammation and liver biology study. They are stored and transported at room temperature, and allow to perform the experiments that need longer time culture of primary hepatocytes.

HepSpan™ Maintenance Medium (MM-6002) is strongly recommended to be able to reproduce the results of longer time culture.
