MB Biosciences offers HepSpan™ Ready-to-Use 3D primary hepatocyte spheroids and liver organoids to support liver research and drug discovery. 3D sphere shaped-cell cultures are more similar to real liver tissues and offer a more effective way to understand liver functions, liver toxicity, drug metabolism, viral infection, inflammation, liver development and regeneration.
MB Biosciences develops primary hepatic spheroid cells culture on ultra-low-adhesion plates. The spheroids and organoid are ready-to-use at 24-, 48-, 96- and 384 well plate formats and maintain the expression of functional markers for at least 30 day. We also provide primary human and animal hepatocyte spheroid in large quantity with controllable size and high uniformity.
HepSpan™ Primary Hepatocyte Spheroids and Primary Liver Organoids provide deep, physiologically relevant data sets and offer researchers increased biological relevance to gain new biological Insights. In 12 hours after receiving ready-to-use 3D spheroids, plates can be used immediately.
HepSpan™ Primary Hepatocyte Spheroids use carefully selected individual cryopreserved and fresh hepatocytes donors for superior functionality. MB Biosciences provides primary liver organoid based on our well-established three-dimensional (3D) cell culture platform. Our primary liver organoid is co-cultured hepatocyte with Kupffer cells and liver endothelial cell (LEC) for highest biological relevance.
