MB Biosciences provides cryopreserved mouse hepatocytes in suspension, which provide convenience to conduct experiments whenever they are needed. CD-1 mouse hepatocytes are cryopreserved on the same day of hepatocytes isolation. MB Biosciences also provide cryopreserved hepatocytes from other mouse species, transgenic mouse and customer supplied mouse upon request.

Application

Mouse cryopreserved hepatocytes in suspension are used in short-term phase I and Phase II metabolism and toxicity suspension studies.

Feature 

• Convenience. Conduct experiments whenever they are needed.

• Quality: Each lot of cryopreserved hepatocytes is tested to ensure that hepatocytes are high quality; cryopreserved CD1 mouse hepatocyte suspensions are guaranteed to be at least 5 million viable cells per vial.

• Reproducibility. Perform multiple experiments at different times from same lot.

• Multiple Species Available: We provide cryopreserved hepatocytes from other mouse species include C57BL6 and BALB/c or any mouse species per request, transgenic and customer supplied mouse species; Non-parenchymal cells (NPCs), Stellate or Kupffer cells can be isolated and cryopreserved offering a matched donor set.
