Application

Human plateable cryopreserved hepatocytes are used for long term studies (1-5 days) e.g. induction, toxicity, and transport studies

Feature

  • Quality: Each lot of plateable cryopreserved human hepatocytes is tested to ensure that hepatocytes are high quality; The plateable cryopreserved human hepatocyte are ≥75% viable and ≥75% confluences; the cells show levels of induction following treatment with known inducers.

  • We recommend using MB Biosciences’ Hepatocyte Plating and Maintenance Media for thawing and maintaining plateable cryopreserved hepatocytes by following the instructions for Handling Cryopreserved Plateable Hepatocytes.
